Staff and Student communications review
Brunel University, London wished to review communication activities with staff and students.
The aim was to better deliver key messages and improve engagement and feedback.
For both staff and student audiences, we undertook a thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis of current communication practices through interviews, steering groups, participative workshops and hosted online surveys for both communities.
We shared the outputs from the research and made recommendations for change.
